Unless the city or a field proprietor closes the field, only the referee can declare the game a rain out.    Both coaches with team must show up at the fields.   Please email the rain-out declaration (if received) to
mailto:scores@westlondonsoccer.com?subject=Rain-out

Schedules are finalized.
However, changes can occur thoughout the season and you should check back on a regular basis.

Scores

It is the responsibility of both coaches of both teams of a game played to report the score within 48 hours from the start of the game.   Do not leave the fate of your team score up to the other coach.  If you fail to score within 48 hours, your game will be defaulted and you will not receive the score or points for your game.

Although only one coach can actually put the score into the system, the other coach should check to ensure the score has been inputted correctly.    If there is an issue with the score contact scores@westlondonsoccer.com

To score a game
Click scoring from left column.   Choose your club.
1) Login into the members area  with a valid username and password.
2) Select the division or team you want to score games for.
3) Choose the teams you want to score the game for.
4) Enter the scores and hit the score button. Note that future games cannot be scored.

Your username is your email address that is in the system.    To check what email address is being used in the system, when you have your team schedule on your screen, click team contacts from the top of the page and your name, email address and phone number will appear.    This is the email address that the system is using for your name.

If you are a returning coach and your information is unchanged, you should have no difficulty.   Your password is the same.

If you are a new coach with new information or your email has changed, after you have clicked launch member area,  a blue screen will appear.   In the left hand column, click set-up login, and follow the instructions.   Once you have completed this and have selected your password, you may login as above to score a game.

Please try this pre-season.   There will be no sympathies to those who wait weeks after season starts to try to get this to work.  By trying this out pre-season, we maybe able to work out the bugs before hand.

If you have further difficulties, please contact me scores@westlondonsoccer.com

For some random people, the system just won’t work.   In this case, you may email the score  within 48 hours of your game to scores@westlondonsoccer.com  When you email the score, list your name, your club, your division, your team and your opponents team and club and the score with who won and who lost.  This much information is required to find the exact game in the system.

Important
rules to remember

It is the responsibility of each team's coach to update the score of his/her game within 48 hours of the game.  Each team should have access to the W.L.S.L. statistical website ( www.westlondonsoccer.com ) through their coach or team representative to enter the game score.  Assistance to set it up can be obtained by emailing statistician scores@westlondonsoccer.com . Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of points.

Yellow card violations
require the immediate substitution of the player charged with the infraction.  The carded player may return to the game at the next opportunity for a player exchange.
When a player receives his fourth yellow card of the season, the player will be required to stand before a review committee before reinstatement of game play.

Any player receiving two Red Cards in a Season will be suspended for the balance of the season.  All protests must be filed with the League Executive, who will decide upon appropriate action.

All coaches must report all red and yellow cards with the reason for the card, to the West London Statitician.
